The arctic cold has hit New York City and commuters are finding ways to stay warm. (SOUNDBITE) (English) DAVID BORENSTEIN, COMMUTER, SAYING: "Coffee and a lot of heavy clothing." But some New Yorkers have to brave the cold weather longer than others. Jesse Laguna works at ESF transport company, and has to work long hours in the frigid weather.
