Looking for a warm dessert in a cold weather, apple crumble can be the perfect fit. Its simple and easy to make using minimum ingredients and a very quick homemade dessert recipe. Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches how to make this Indian Christmas special sweet dish recipe. Ingredients: 2 cups apple (peeled & chopped) 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 3/4 cup plain flour 4 tbsp Caster Sugar Salt 30 gms Butter Method: - Mix well apple, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and put in a baking tray - In a bowl take plain flour, Caster Sugar, salt, butter and mix everything well to make a mixture like bread crumbs - Spread the flour mixture on the sugar coated apples from top - Bake the apple crumble at 180 C in a preheated oven for at least 10 mins, then at 160 C for another 15 mins approx. - The dish is ready to be served hot.
