You're going to held slight bend in your knees, almost like you're doing a little bit of a squat. Your elbows are tightened to your side. You're going to take those arms straight out, get that contraction in the tricep. Bring them up to right here. The elbows don't move around, they stay static. Stay right next to your sides. Bring them in here, take them straight out. You're working your triceps. And that's how you do the Tricep Kickback.
