At least four people are killed and 10 others injured when a car bomb exploded in Pakistan's southwestern city of Quetta Sunday. The car was parked in front of a house and later exploded. Islamist militants linked to al Qaeda and the Taliban are also active in the strategic region that borders Afghanistan and Iran. Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
