Recipe for quick and easy oven cooked parsnip crisps. Experiment with timings in your oven but it should be at about 180c/350f/gas mark 4 for around 10 to a5 minutes, turning the crisps every three or so minutes so they don't get too browned on the edges and they cook evenly. IIngredients are parsnips (sliced), olive oil (about 1 to two tablespoons - enough to coat the parsnips, depending on quantity), sea salt. That's it.
