This profoundly effects the most narrow blood vessels of the cappilaries, which supply oxygenated blood to sensitive organs like the skin, scalp, hair follicales, eyes, teeth, gums, joints, hearing mechanisms, lining of the small and large intestines. This reduced blood flow weakens the cells and makes them more volnerable to a cell with a defect(cancerous) to multiple and go unchecked by the immune system which also uses the same blood vessels to send in killer phagocytes and other cells to kill and take out those errant cells
