Shivamma and Mariyappa, Kalai Artisans arrive at a village looking for work. Hunger provokes a quarrel leading to brutality. Later Shivamma accidentally sees herself in a Mirror and is disturbed. But her depravation not withstanding, Shivamma reveals her compassion and strength.
