the parasail went down and after he splashed into the water. First responders from the Galveston and Jamaica Beach Fire Departments, Galveston and Jamaica Beach Police Departments, Galveston County EMs, and Galveston Beach Patrol were on the scene for over two hours as Beach Patrol on a jet ski searched offshore for the downed parasail with no results.
