A review/overview of what is apparently a hidden gem in the Nintendo library. This was one of my favorite games as a child and a game I still play today. It seems most people associate how this game is similar in style to William's Joust.

this video finished for around 2 weeks now. I only worked on this review on and off over the last 4 days. I'm actually very impressed with the way it came out and how well my new style seems to flow, thus I will be using this for later reviews.
Working on this review, I had the Balloon Trip theme in my head for days, and by the end of this video, I can guarantee you will too. ENJOY!
The floating text on screen is my new gimmick. All video game characters are able to speak in floating text. This was actually something I've been experimenting with during development of The Mario Series pt2, and you will see more of that when that video is finally released.
...by the way, GMTMS pt2 will unfortunately not be coming to Blip.tv on November 9th due to an illness with one of my crew members. It will be coming at a later date, so this video will be used as a place holder for that in the mean time.
Balloon Fight NES footage was played on my Wii since my NES seems to no longer read cartridges. I'm currently working on ordering a new 72-pin connector.
Balloon Kid was played with a Gameboy emulator. For future reviews, I will be digging out my Gamecube's Gameboy player.
Hello Kitty World was also played on an emulator since I don't own a Nintendo Famicom and thus it would be impossible to play this game any other way.
Balloon Duel was played on my PC in my browser window. You can play this game yourself for free at: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/177120
A final note: Hater comments don't phase me. This just gives me more to laugh at and encourages me to keep doing what annoys you! Call me an AVGN ripoff all you want because I really don't care. James is a very talented director and actor and I've always had a lot of respect for everything he's done for the internet. But I also feel like he's not the only one who should be able to do this kind of thing.
