Halo Waypoint, the gateway to all things Halo, launched today on Xbox LIVE. Shown at E3, 343 Industries has big plans for Waypoint by bringing all the richness of the Halo universe into one area with videos, interviews, screenshots, and updates on new events.

is also going to be the exclusive destination for the debut of the anime “Halo Legends“. For enlisting Xbox LIVE members will receive an accessory for their Avatars modeled after 343 Guilty Spark, which will also be the guide for getting around in Halo Waypoint. Additionally Halo Waypoint will also incorporate achievements where upon receiving them you can unlock a variety of Halo related items including an ODST Black shirt, ODST hoodie, ODST Helmet, and ODST Full Body Armor.
A lot of people don’t know the rich lore of the Halo universe. Halo Waypoint is a good way to get gamers enriched in the Halo saga by sharing information and backstories. Halo Legends will make a great addition to the Halo universe.
