Those who have listened to my interview with Mister Lieb will recall he has a friend who was diagnosed HIV positive around the same time he as approximately 21 years ago. His friend went to a doctor for a skin grown. The doctor was hesitant to do any surgery procedure to remove the skin growth without another HIV test, and t-cell count test. He tested HIV negative, and his t-cell count was over 1000. His friend went back to his original doctor who tested him for HIV, and asked to see documentation of his results. The doctor refused to show him the test results, and told him he was tested for EB. Mister Lieb makes it clear that his friend would never have misinterpreted something like that.
