The Butterfly Effect began in Hawaii in 2007 by water women, Tatiana Howard and Juliana Shelef. Since then it Tatiana and/or Juliana have flown to organize the event in Brazil, New Zealand, France, Oregon, Germany, Tahiti, Dominican Republic and Australia for group surf sessions and clinics.
Dominican Republic had its' first Butterfly Effect in Cabarete. It was held on July 22, 2009. Please check out the Butterfly Effects' website www.betheeffect.com for the upcoming events.
