p CS3 and Paint Shop Pro 9 to make this "artmorph". I basically made digital cut outs from Creative Commons (CC) Photos. I used the blending tool a bit, the digital scissor (scalpel), I also used a very helpful light/dark tool to make highlights and shadows.
I used to enjoy making collages with torn paper, but digital art technology helps take collage to the next level.
