notices a brown speck in her mozzarella cheese. Panicking, she checks to see if the cheese is moldy. Suddenly, she realizes she has assembled the entire lasagna using frozen hash browns instead of mozzarella cheese. Not having the time to prepare a completely new lasagna, she bakes the “Idaho” version. Then, she serves it to her husband, without mentioning the secret ingredient! I selected this story, because it is very funny. I also feel connected to it because when this happened to my sister she called me and I was the one who encouraged her to bake it and see if maybe she had stumbled upon a new delicious recipe.
