Simulating a mobile/wireless service for agriculture: Reflections on the process

Wageningen, 3 November 2009. Roxanna Samii from IFAD appreciated one of the facilitation methods used in the second day of the CTA ICT Observatory. Adapting the social media game, participants had to work in groups and imagine a mobile, wireless service for agriculture and rural development. They had to talk about target audiences, stakeholders, channels, sustainability and scaling. For Roxanna, nobody had anything at stake in this process and the creativity of people come out in amazing ways.
