UK ENVOY URGES CAUTION ON AFGHAN POLL

Britain’s Ambassador in Kabul has urged caution as the results come in from the Afghan elections and he praised the country’s security forces for the way they had helped to organise the polls and enable millions across the country to cast a vote.
