The role of "fair use" in a time of CHANGE
Lecture given in Kyoto, Japan, October 4, 2009. This is a relatively new talk about copyright in a digital age, and the role (and importance) of a doctrine like "fair use." Japan is considering adding a "fair use" clause to its law. I, shamelessly, was arguing for it.
