A bus operated by Seeds for Peace, a protest group, was stopped and detained by Pittsburgh Police.
It happened Monday night in the 500 block of Larimer Avenue.
Police issued two citations and said the bus couldn't be moved until someone with what they called a "license to

carry passengers" got behind the wheel.
Vic Walczak, of the American Civil Liberties Union in Pittsburgh, says the incident was more harassment of G-20 protestors by police.
Walczak says the case will be argued Tuesday morning before a U.S. District judge in Pittsburgh.
Sunday, police confronted the same bus in Lawrenceville, but protestors refused to let officers search the bus because there was no search warrant.
Meanwhile, the Wesley Center AME Church in the Hill District posted a sign on its marquee saying, "Pray for Peace during the G-20 Summit."
The pastor, Rev. Glenn Grayson, told KDKA-TV he prays that people protest in the spirit of non-violence.
