It also won Best Actress (Paw Hee-Ching), Screenplay (Lou Shiu-wa) and Best Supporting Actress (Chan Lai-wun). While Night and Fog is set to similar circumstances to its predecessor, it is not a sequel but rather a complementary follow-up to create a diptych of Tin Shui Wai.
