Cell phone are used in Asia as devices for contactless mobile payments. We are using them in the US to share personalized drinks, videos, and music. We used a Nokia Nokia 6212 to read, send, and share messages from RFID postcards (Bulacards) to friends and relatives. We also used a Nokia 6131 NFC phone to sends links to an Apple iPhone. A gift of music was downloaded and played on the iPhone at a local coffee house.

XtremeSignPost Update: A convergence of technology and hardware allows us to record and share our RFID fishing adventure. I limited out in 5 minutes fishing for halibut in Kodiak with Chazman Charters. A fantastic day on the water! We used a Nokia 6212 to retrieve a Microsoft tag from a tagged Chazmanian hat. The camera on the iPhone used the image to download a YouTube RFID fishing video. We were able to record, upload, and share our Outdoor Adventures on Twitter using an NFC cell phone and a Bulacard. The memories and halibut will be shared with friends and relatives. I cant wait to get back on the water.
