After removing the bulk of the pins material it s time to clean things up with a mallet and chisel. Tommy lends advice on how to get a tight joint and prevent tear out with a backstop or patients. After cleaning up the pins it doubles as a stencil for marking the tails. Tommy stresses the fact before cutting the tails leave the line on the inside.
