This project has been going on since 1969. He also talks with Erica B. Mitchell (student leader of project), Carolyn Needham (committee leader), and Crystal Yi (committee leader) about their civility project. When George Washington was sixteen years old he followed a set of civility rules. The civility project is trying to modernize the rules.
