last night I decided to record myself playing the wii fit.

Up a Paddle - Episode 55 - Scary Tales In this episode I go over the announcements at Anime Expo, discuss the relative hotness of Disney Princesses, and play a segment recorded back on Easter. I also review Enchanted and Monster, because this is the Monster/Fairy Tales episodes. Here's the time codes if you want to skip ahead. Will it end up crap like other crappy J-Horror to American Horror movies? We'll have to wait and see. More rumblings about Arrested Development movie. We need an Arrested Development movie. Come on! Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time: The Movie: The Game There are layers upon layers here I can't even begin to comprehend. Capcom vs Tatsunoko This looks like it will be an awesome game. Heck, even Morrigan from Darkstalkers has updated graphics. That hasn't happened for at least 13 years. Also there's the Gold Lightan Love Gold Lightan is in the game. Mach 5 is next. I'm sure of it. Filed under: Gaming From the get-go, Nintendo's latest console was seen as a dream come true for folks who'd love to lose a few pounds, yet would rather log a few hours on the couch rather than the track. Shortly after the Wii Fit's launch, we're already seeing another wave of dedicated users reporting weight loss, and the trend is even bleeding into the medical field. According to Sue Stanley-Green, a professor of athletic training at Florida Southern College, the Wii Fit and other fitness-related games have "great potential for core strengthening and rehabilitation and may boost compliance with rehabilitation exercises." She also noted that these games were "being used more and more in nursing homes," and particularly with youngsters, titles such as Wii Fit are the only ones that stand a chance at getting them active. They say that any publicity is good publicity, but CNN host Anderson Cooper's on-air dismissal of Wii Fit probably isn't helping. It would appear that the cable news network's prime time dandy doesn't spend much time brushing up on his video games, as Wii Fit giver Erica Hill mocks him for his mispronunciation and general cluelessness. The silver haired fop doesn't even know to remove one's Italian leather shoes before stepping on the Wii Fit balance board! We suspect it and the Wii will be given to a friend who is into "these sort of things," but that Cooper will save the wrapping paper. Thanks for the heads up, Cloud!
