John Allen Muhammad, a former soldier from Louisiana, and his teenaged sidekick, Lee Boyd Malvo, were responsible for killing ten people and wounding three in the Washington area during a cold-blooded sniper spree the fall of 2002. Muhammad was executed Tuesday, Nov. 10. Malvo is serving life in prison.
