Jules Blattner, and the Warren Groovy All-Star Band

Jules Blattner, and the Warren Groovy All-Star Band

from Revver - music, video Videos on May 17, 2009
Duration: 0
Author: videotrends Added: Sun, 17 May 2009 08:33:19 -0800 Duration: 0Throughout the 1970s booking agents knew Jules Blattner and the Warren Groovy All-Star Band as the hardest working band in the Midwest. They played up to 300 nights a year throughout the upper Midwest and Southeastern United States with no road personnel for setup or sound, unbelievable by todays standards. The majority of the bookings were one-night-stands in Illinois and Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota. Part of one summer found them in the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Ontario. In January the band would head south to Louisville, Atlanta, and finally Florida where they played the Beachcomber in Daytona Beach for a ten year run during Bike Week, the Daytona 500 and on through Spring Break. Florida side ventures took them to Miami, Cocoa Beach, Merrit Beach, Barstow, and Fort Meyers. The South was their place to refresh the show with new material for the next northern migration. It also broadened their exposure to travelers from the entire United States and beyond.

Killer Carrots from Hell

Killer Carrots from Hell

from Small Business TV on September 20, 2007
Duration: 255
A insightful mocumentary about the never before seen last episode of the original Star Trek series. The last full year that Star Trek was in existence. Paramount Studios pulled almost 75% of the series operating budget. Because of this fiscal crunch everything from the special f/x to the narrative content took a noticeable nosedive in quality. The producers feeling this budget limitation opted on buying screenwriter minimum teleplays that were horrible to say the least. One of these substandard Killer Carrots From Hell was produced but was never aired.
