Download Movie I had a great time last weekend working for Kelley and Chalane. When I walked in the door of the church in Pismo Beach, the pastor told me about how he stopped in the middle of the ceremony a few weeks prior, and yelled at the photographer for getting to close to the front, telling him to "GET OUT!!" So it was good to have that warning ahead of time. So I kept my respectful distance and did my thing. In fact I really appreciated what the minister shared and I think we earned his trust and friendship by the end of the gig in the church. For the wedding itself, it was super fun and a joy to work with such easy going folks. I ended up making a preview movie that night and I wanted to share it with you all. Hope you enjoy it.

The Chastity Project

Download Movie I have been working on this project for a few months now and am finally finished! I am not sure what to call this one, except The Chastity Project. It was made for this organization called "Inner Beauty Pageant". The idea behind this short film is that we are all created with an intrinsic desire to be loved, cherished by one another, and adored by our spouses, but in that something has gone very wrong in our souls, to the point where we seek these desires in the wrong way and form. So in this movie I contrasted a little girl dancing as a princess with a college aged girl that is seeking her affections form guys in a twisted way. My heart behind this film is that it would not be a condemning or judging effort, but a realistic awakening that we are created with desires that need to be fixed, healed, and restored by Jesus Christ. If he is the one who created me in his image, then he is the one who will redeem me back to his image and likeness. As I said in the movie, "There is a right way to be desire, a dance that wants more than your body" I mean that with all my heart. Beyond that there is a life that is worth more than than the vanity it sometimes can seem. Purpose that can only be found in living for that which is greater than ourselves and our own pursuits we vainly create. So I hope this movie is encouraging and moving for you. Thanks for reading.

Me and my brother Sam had an awesome 4th of July, not just because it was Sam's birthday, and not just because I got to dance with my mom at a wedding, but because I had the joy of capturing the wedding of Kent and Andrea, one of our amazing family friends. I grew up playing alot baseball with Kent Jr.(the groom) for most of our years growing up. His dad (Big Kent) and my dad were our coaches for a bunch of years as well, so our families have had alot of good times over the years. So for the 4th me and my brother had the privilege of filming my old friend Kent's wedding. On top of that my folks flew down to attend the wedding and spend some time with us as we captured the whole day. It was so awesome seeing old friends, my old AP English teacher, and old high school buddies. So this movie was very special for me to create that night and to not only show to the bride and groom, but to my parents, and all the friends that I have been blessed to have growing up. This past weekend, my family went on a short road trip to Show Low, Arizona. On the way back, we stopped along the side of the road, put the video camera on a tripod, and shot some footage of ourselves. Since we were all in the picture, nobody was operating the camera. Also, an approaching storm was imminent, and I was afraid it would rain, so I rushed through the camera setup and forgot to adjust the exposure. The footage turned out terrible. It s too dark, flat, and unexciting. In this installment of Izzy Video, I show a quick way to make the footage look (a little) better. We just completed the first of 3 promo videos for Kelmar Studios. This photo shoot was filmed in Lakeland, FL with Jenny and Elena of Kelmar Studios, and Jeanelle, their model. We had a blast shooting this with all the girls! Jenny did an excellent job of making Jeanelle feel comfortable and 'in the mood' to play to the camera. She truly is the master! For this video, we utilized our Canon XHA1 and Canon HV30, shot in HD, and edited on Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. Visit us online at http://www.oneiproductions.com/
