A Universidade Bandeirante (Uniban) informou nesta quinta-feira (29) que determinou a instauração de uma sindicância interna para apurar o incidente em que uma aluna foi hostilizada pelos colegas por se apresentar em trajes inapropriados. A estudante e funcionários serão ouvidos. O caso ocorreu na Uniban, no dia 22, e vídeos com imagens do tumulto foram publicados no site YouTube. Segundo nota divulgada pela universidade, a sindicância foi instaurada já no dia seguinte ao fato. Alunos, professores, seguranças e também a aluna estão sendo ouvidos individualmente pela universidade, que pretende aplicar medidas disciplinares aos causadores do tumulto, conforme o seu regimento interno, respeitando-se o contraditório e a ampla defesa , afirma o documento. A Uniban disse que a posição é de total repúdio a qualquer manifestação de preconceito de gênero e qualquer forma de difamação ou violência .
