Brightcove, which is popular with news content producers and short form producers like TMZ, is making a move to acquire more long-form content partners. After 17:00 and in the weekend the speed of our internet drops beneath 300 KB/s with our 24 Mbit/s connection. This only happens to certain protocols like news and bit-torrent. This means that Net-Neutrality is no longer respected by the Dutch ISP Chello also known as UPC. Na 17:00 en in het weekend zakt de snelheid van ons internet tot onder de 300 KB/s ment onze 24Mbit/s verbinding. Dit gebeurt alleen met bepaalde protocollen zoals nieuws en bit-torrent. Dit betekent dat Chello(UPC) geen respect meer heeft voor Net-Neutrality.
