Summer 2008 session #2.

Quincy "QD3" Jones III has evolved his music production business QD3 to focus on film and video. He told me, he plans to bring the company's collection of 3000 hours of video documentary footage of urban performers to the Web. He sees a business opportunity in mash-ups, where his firm is paid for usage. I caught up with him earlier this month in Hollywood at the OnHollywood conference. He explains who video story telling is essential for artists seeking audiences. -- Andy Plesser, Executive Producer
