Nouri al Maliki has recently grew a set of cahonas the size of basketballs stating loudly and consistently that the United States should start considering a timeline to withdraw it’s military presence from Iraq. Feeling his oats, the Iraqi Prime Minister boasted that he has crushed terrorism in the country and the Iraqi government can do just fine with the U.S. military hanging around. Not willing to give much ground on the so called Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), they indicated their objections to major issues they have with the Bush administration’s efforts to ramrod through the binding contract. The hot issues the Iraqis are pissed over are the immunity of US troops and the use of the country’s air space.
