This month's travel podcast takes us to Los Angeles and Orange County California to look at some of the best things to see and do on the ultimate three day long weekend in California. Ok, I know I said there would not be any more shows about Tokyo for awhile, but I still have heaps of recordings from my time there last year. (but I promise new shows and videocasts in the next few weeks from other destinations around the world). So for today's show I take you to visit a traditional Japanese onsen (hotsprings/public bath) in the heart of Tokyo in the Azabu Juban district. I share some of the etiquette associated with visiting a hotsprings in Japan (yep, you have to go naked...) and some of the great places to go in the district surrounding the Azabu Juban Onsen. For today's show we visit the Royal Orchid Sheraton, in Bangkok, Thailand. This great hotel has a mix of modern amenities and traditional Thai atmosphere.
