A short film of Vambac No11 arriving at Lowestoft.On trying to back the tram in, the trailer managed to bury itself in a soft verge.My Dad says that the policeman was livid at the road being blocked until it was towed out.The tram apparently was stuck on the tracks after being unloaded as it was jacked up on some vital braking parts which locked all the brakes on.Last part is of it being pushed by Dad's Bedford coach.Any more info to troy@betts.fsbusiness.co.ukForum here..http://s2.excoboard.com/exco/index.php?boardid=21413http://www.troystrams.co.uk/

Our favourite restaurant was The Horn where we listened to jazz. A traditional Ethiopian chef has been installed in the kitchen, spinning out fragrant African dishes. The evocative name refers to the jutting point of the continent where Ethiopia is located (seriously, get your minds out of the gutter, folks), but also makes reference to the restaurant's regular live jazz nights. Diners can sit surrounded by Ethiopian artefacts, nibbling on the country's unique cuisine and listening to the toe-tapping notes of a jazz band. A camera dolly is a specialized piece of film equipment that looks like a little car. The camera is mounted to the dolly and the camera operator and camera assistant usually ride on it to operate the camera. The dolly is operated by a dolly grip who is a dedicated technician trained in its use. The camera dolly may be used as a shooting platform on any surface, but is often raised onto track, to create smooth tracking shots on the horizontal axis. Additionally, the dolly usually has a hydraulic arm that raises and lowers the camera on the vertical axis. When a dolly grip operates a dolly on both axiis simultaneously, this is known as a compound move. Dolly moves may also be executed without track, adding a third axis and the highest degree of difficulty for the operator.
