Castaneda's don Juan taught a form of the way of the warrior. There is a parallel between the teachings of Gurdjieff, the teachings of don Juan, the findings in Quantum Physics and the teachings of ancient Zen Buddhism.

The purpose of these movements which are a moving meditation is to achieve double attention. What is interesting about these movements is, they can be done at full speed which has a martial application and they can be done at a speed similar to Tai chi.
