from KUOW's The Conversation Podcast April 24, 2008

But a new report suggests we could get there if we were willing to pay tolls on all major roads and arterials. We'll explain how a universal tolling plan might work. Tell us whether you like it. Also today, those ex military commentators we've been hearing for years on the news turn out to have been heavily influenced by an organized Pentagon propaganda effort. Is this news? What does the story say about way media checks out its sources? Are news outlets changing their policies? We'll hear from John Gastil, Professor at the University of Washington's Communication Department.
