Last night, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), the nation’s first and largest nonpartisan, non-profit organization for veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, hosted its Third Annual Heroes Gala at Gotham Hall in New York City. This inspiring event, timed to coincide with Veterans Day, brought together veterans of all generations, distinguished members of the veterans’ community and IAVA supporters. More than 350 guests attended the Gala and helped raise more than $450,000. I was most amused by the high amount of paranoia in regards to the future... some of the segments (like people choosing their own skin color) are downright hilarious. Worth a look - at the very least for its historical value. As far as I can tell, this documentary is in the public domain. Part 1 of 5
