It depends... For our corgis, Bear our MINI LOOP (the smallest member of our family, if you don't count the fish and the spiders) eventhough she is not as big as the rest, she is equally loved. So I guess, Size does NOT matter here... lol

To train your pup, you must also train yourself. We have to be as commited. ~1st watch your puppy's "bathroom habits" for 1 day (how often they go etc), writing them down will make it easier to remember. Although here are so many different ways to potty train a puppy. It is very difficult to find one that suit your pup's need and fits your life style. I have used this method and it's proven to be very simple for any pup to understand. It even works for older, un-trained, or hyper pups. For more details visit tinytailsnkisses.com. First, write down their daily potty schedule, then follow the times on schedule. At the beginning you have to follow the times and put him/ her in the gated area according to the schedule you've made. Reward when they did it, and keep the area clean. Eventually after they remember the area and goes there on their own, the gate can be remove and your pup will still go to that very same spot every time and on demands. Please also make sure that you spay or neuter your pet. That could be one of the reason why he/ she is marking or peeing all over the place and acting badly. For outdoor potty training, you can also use this method, all you have to do is just to move the gate outside to which area you prefer them to go, then after they go back to the same spot constantly, you can remove the gate. And you will a cleaner back yard. Make sure you choose your puppy breeders well. Puppies that are bred with quantity in mind (puppy mills, puppy factory, etc) will not have potty training experience. Potty training them will be more difficult because they have never been expose to potty training.
