My classic account is pretty low level because it got reset a few years ago (probably because I was banned but my appeal got accepted, I've heard your classic account gets deleted if this happens, not sure if it's still the case). Since then I haven't really got back into it because very few people played. My account was never really that high level anyway, I kept it in the 50s because I spent most of my time staking, didn't need high levels for it. I would encourage everyone to give classic a try, even if for a few minutes, you'll at least gain the ability to play it after the two weeks are up. It's awesome to see more new players on classic, thanks to the Jagex staff that have been working on bringing it back! ============== ==Classic FAQs== ============== I'll try answer a few questions here that people seem to ask a lot. -Do I need a members account?- Yes you need to be a member to access classic. -It says I need a veteran account- Try a different world. World 1 is reserved for 'veteran' players only (people who already played it). -How do I get classic members/create an account?- You log in with your regular Runescape members account. -How do I earn money?- It is much harder to earn money on classic, I would suggest using your non-combat skills to earn money. Train them and you'll be able to gather resources/make things which you can sell to other players. It's a slow start, but you'll eventually get to a point where you can make decent money. -How does the combat system work?- The classic combat system is different to the one on the main game today. When you are engaged in combat, you have to fight 3 rounds (3 attacks each). While you are in combat you cannot move, eat, drink potions, teleport etc. -I can't log in- You need to be a member and be over the age of 13 to play classic.
