This is a short film written and directed by Ryan Johnson. It's a story of a young chess master (Alex Witschey) who travels through Europe on a train. He meets an old man (Bill Flynn) who teaches him a thing or two about life and more importantly himself. It was made with a small budget and shot in only one weekend. This is the first full cut for the premiere, so it will go through a few more revisions before a festival cut. It was staffed by Texas Chrisitan University's Student Filmmakers Association. Special thanks to the Trinity Railway Express, Tager TV, College of Communication at TCU, Radiohead, and Interpol. Enjoy!

This is a demo reel created for possible employers. It consists of a few short fiction films, a few documentaries, and a couple short coke spots. It's only a small representation of all the work I've done, bu will give you a pretty good idea of quality and type of experience. The file is compressed down quite a bit. This was a short film made for a 48 hour film competition put on by TCU's Student Filmmakers Association. It will also be entered into a few short drama competitions as well. We had to use three promtps 1) A pineapple 2) the dialogue "Everybody knows somebody who's nobody" 3) and a park. Our short is about a man who breaks up couples for a living. Guys who don't have the kahunas to break up with their girlfriends call and use him to intervene, usually in the realm of cheating. The prompt also included the idea of the films generally being a new pilot. So this film would actually be like the very beinning of a new tv show. But it had to be under three minutes too. Anyways, enjoy.

This was a Coke commercial shot for a TCU Business Advertising class. It was used in several competitions as an ad campaign for the class and won several prizes as a campaign in whole. The commericail's tagline is 'Mi Vida' or "my life" in Spanish. It was intentionally geared to a younger hispanic crowd.

Chad Huffman hits a blast to left-center field off Matthew Torra in the fourth inning during a June 28 California League game between the Lake Elsinore Storm and the Visalia Oaks. The home run was Huffman's 12th on the season. Visalia won 11-5. Huffman was the San Diego Padres second pick in the 2006 First-Year Player Draft out of Texas Christian University. Huffman also played quarterback during his college days with the Horned Frogs. Huffman batted .343/.439/.576 with nine home runs and 40 RBI in 198 at-bats with the short season Single-A Eugene Emeralds of the Northwest League.
