"G-Force: Guardians of Space" (1986) - Opening"G-Force: Guardians of Space" (1986) - Opening

This is the opening sequence to "G-Force: Guardians of Space" (1986), the second of three English adaptations to Tatsunoko Productions' "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman" (1972), following Sandy Frank Entertainment's initial effort "Battle of the Planets" 1978 and preceding ADV Film's recent uncut, unedited release, known as just "Gatchaman" (2005). The opening to "G-Force" utilizes some pieces of the original "Gatchaman"'s openings, but also utilizes scenes from the first episode and most notably the two designated "pilot" episodes to this adaptation (Episodes 18 and 85, the latter originally Gatch Episode 87), ending with a slide of the "G-Force" title screen which unfortunately is not animated (most likely due to the tight budget the dub was produced on). Unlike its "Gatchaman" and "Battle of the Planets" breathren, "G-Force" didn't have title cards at the beginning of its episodes which made following the show and its' individual episodes quite difficult. Foreign-language dubs of G-Force attempted to correct this oversight by having the narrator announce the episode title at the start of each episode.
