People are starving and the cost of food all over the world is steadily rising because there's not enough of it to go around. There is a food shortage because countries like Japan, China and Pakistan are stockpiling rice and wheat. Though subsidies and high fuel costs are named as contributing factors to the crisis, the most obvious is greed. People are hungry as hell, so stop hoarding all the food!
