However, when I consulted my chiropractor on this he said that he would advise against it because the oil is obtained from the liver, a filter where the toxins are built up and concentrated and would definitely not be healthful. Is there an alternative and why would it be done that way? Any suggestions?" I have an answer for this as well as a routine to strengthen your wrists.
