REMEMBER! You have to back up all your data with Time Machine before you do a clean install because this process wipes your hard drive clean! NOTE! If you have a BootCamp partition you have to erase it with the bootcamp assistant before you do a clean install because once the operating system is reinstalled it will not recognize it. I just decided i'd clean out all the old Leopard files on my Mac by doing a clean install to see if it would run faster, and it seems to be! Follow me on Twitter: http://twiter.com/DanWantsTech

I finally received Snow Leopard in the post today through the up-to-date program. It came two days early.It only took half an hour to install on my 24' iMac. I'm not sure how fast this is compared to installing Leopard but some people say it's pretty much the same.
