Este edifico fue reconstruido del abandono y la desolaci n. Fue transformado en viviendas por la necesidad que tanta gente tiene de una propiedad. Pena Villa elocuentemente menciona los conflictos que sobrepaso para obtener su propia casa: con hambre, frio , abuso de la polic a y la pol tica de expropiaci n del alcalde Giulliani de cambiar la poblaci n de los sectores. Ricardo Leon menciona cuandd finalmente obtiene su hogar como una fantas a por la que se paga un precio caro.
