CTV Calgary came out to the Carla Cumming Sojonky Adoption Centre in Canmore Alberta and interviewed the president of the Bow Valley SPCA about a new fund for special needs dogs and cats. The fund, called the "Cinderella Fund" allows people to donate funds to help pay for exceptional expenses required for the care of rescued cats and dogs with special needs. This fund is critical to the success of the Bow Valley SPCA which has a no kill philosophy since special needs animals are often require more treatment and additional time for that treatment before they can be adopted.
