On this edition of World Cafe Words and Music from WXPN, we meet singer-songwriter Jim White. White was discovered by David Byrne a decade ago, after Byrne got hold of one of the musician's homemade tapes. Jim White's songs are steeped in the Pentacostal South of his youth. His latest album is called "Transnormal Skiperoo." He speaks with host David Dye and performs work from the new CD.
