John Dodds has made available the first season of his podcast, Get A Life! Get A Life! 01 The podcast show that aims to help you live a happier, more fulfilled and more creative life. No, this isn t your typical audiobook, but not without precedent. And John says that all five of our episodes make up season one, so there may be another set of episodes coming, likely on another title. Enjoy!

Last week, Wyken Seagrave began posting episodes of his science fiction novel. Today, he s following on with the directors commentary , if you will. He s going to be simultaneously releasing Art and Science of Time Crystal as a separate title. Wyken Seagrave talks about the pleasures and pains of inventing, developing, writing and podcasting of Time Crystal, the greatest adventure in the history of the Universe. He also explores the science behind the story, explaining which bits are invented and which bits are hard science. To keep things sane, this book has it s own feed. You can subscribe to the default feed currently at six episodes with more coming or tailor your downloading times by taking a free custom feed.

Geekshow.us will welcome its newest podcast to the family tonight (December 3rd, 2008) at 5pm EST. It isn t everyday that we add a new show to our lineup, so I wanted to take a moment to welcome the show officially. Keep Reading! Geekeasy, is a podcast from two members of our community. TotallyNotNick and SeriouslyNotWill are the hosts of the new show, however they are not actually new to the Geekshow community. They ve been with us for a while, appearing on Geek By Night, and actively commenting on posts here on the site. Geekeasy is a new podcast, so I hope everyone will give it a chance, and see if you enjoy it. If you ve heard GeekiN and Two Geeks first episodes, you know that the first episode can often be tough to judge a show on. Over the length of a show, the hosts will evolve and change the formula of how things run quite often. However, I believe that the episode you will hear today will give you enough of a sample to determine that the show fits in well with what we are doing here at Geekshow. Scott, aka TheDoctor was the one that approached me with the idea of adding them to the site. After having given the 1st episode a listen, I agree that it will fit in well here. They have a lot in common with our current podcasts, but also do enough to set it apart. Keep an eye out for the episode being released later.
