Recently, we fired up the Wood Oven to bake bread. In order to achieve the maximum bake we preheat the oven the night before and usually bake pizza while we do. Here then is a short film about that activity. A fuller feature is coming about baking bread in the oven. Kudos to Big Ed to getting me out there to film the process! This was just after I got it, and the governor wasn't set right because it is set up to run at 1200 rpm. 1800 is fine for the engine, but frequency and voltage was too high. I have since set it properly.
