The 90-year-old Former Police Married Quarters, once the home of our chief executive, will be the main anchor venue for Detour as it will be transformed into a performing arts venue and gallery. At a press event for Detour, a graffiti artist painted his impression of the Quarters while we chat with Alex Lo, chairman of the HK Ambassadors of Design and iconic designer Douglas Young. The founder of G.O.D. will be creating an installation mysteriously titled 'Room 414' at the venue.
