This is a guided meditation that guides your awareness from a tangible meditation object ( sensing the body) to more and more subtle meditation object, thus taking you from the body layer to the Prana layer. In the next stage of meditation (in the next video) we can go beyond the Prana layer to the mental layer (the mind). And finally, beyond the mind. You can only listen to the guided meditation in the prana layer. But from the mental layer on, you are beyond the body and its 5 senses, so the guided meditation can only guides you in while in the Prana layer. We first start with the body. Then we place all our awareness on something more subtle, sound. In this case we use the sounds of a mantra as a point of focus. In doing this, we bring ourselves back to be present in the body and the now.The next subtle layer is the Prana layer. So we take our awareness to the breath. Beyond the Prana layer is the mental layer. Body- Prana- Mind- No Mind
