LISA GASTINEAU and JILL ZARIN - Lisa was her good friend from THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK. They were excited to celebrate Brittny's 21st birthday. She is finally of legal age...ha ha. SHANE WEST BRITTNY GASTINEAU - The Birthday Girl arrived and jumped out of a big SUV. She got an enthusiastic reception from the paparazzi. She looked beautiful and ready to celebrate in style.
